Jamey Mcdaniel, global director
Jamey is an experienced director and is known for leading rapid growth through sales of new technology. He has held many leadership roles, monitoring sales teams, opening new markets, and building networks. He has been a keynote speaker at numerous customer, government, and commercial events.
As head of Global Communications, Jamey guides the strategic direction and positioning of technologies through conception into sales which include all activities that are aligned to support the growth and direction of the company.
Hayley mcdaniel mayfield, office operations manager
Hayley is an accomplished Office Manager with a strong background in business management, specializing in streamlining office operations and improving workflow efficiency. With an Associate's Degree in Business Management, Hayley is dedicated to professional development and staying ahead of industry trends. ryan mayfield, technology project manager
Ryan Mayfield holds an associate’s degree in General Agriculture from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Georgia State University. After completing his education, Ryan ventured into the energy sector, relocating to North Dakota to be critically involved with hydraulic fracturing. This role served as a valuable entry point into the energy industry, providing firsthand experience in a critical aspect of energy operations.
Jamey Mcdaniel Jr, business development
Jamey is a results-driven business development professional with a strong background in business management. With a passion for both business and strategic growth, Jamey has successfully combined academic expertise and hands-on experience to excel in driving business expansion, building strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities within the business. A graduate of Middle Georgia State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management.
David Pickett, inventor
David is a serial inventor, author, and founder of Joshua R&D Technologies, with over 35 years of experience in leading-edge technologies across applied physics, chemistry, telecommunications, and electronics. He has held senior roles, including Vice President of Operations, Engineering, and Quality at PC Service Source and CERPLEX, and founded Flextronic’s digital manufacturing operation. David holds the US patent for the first non-R/F “contactorless” smart credit/bank card and developed the IceCOLD® technology, improving AC and refrigeration efficiency by 15%, now sold in over 40 countries. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington and an Ordained Elder in the Presbyterian Church, actively involved in global missions work and ministry.
